Jeevan Sea Side and DG Marine owns and provides management services to fishing and processing vessels, which operate in the waters off Andaman & Nicobar Islands (Indian EEZ).

With our experience and extensive network of suppliers, we maintain a steady supply with good variety of top quality fishes to the world market. Customers are our first priority. So we ensure that all our customers get the best services possible.


	We are dedicated to catching and processing the high quality seafood, and we require our employees to have similar goals, dedication and a positive attitude. Typically crew members work 16 hours per day, 7 days a week with trips lasting 15 to 30 days. The contracts are trip to trip and successful employees are given the opportunity to extend for additional trip(s). Employees are paid based on percentage of the adjusted gross stock. There is no charge for room and board while employees are working aboard the vessels, however living quarters are modest and people must have the ability to work with a diverse range of individuals. Each applicant will be screened based on previous experience and references from past employers. A thorough interview will be given, successful applicants will be required to submit to a drug test and physical exam. Employment opportunities, while seasonal, are available for captains, mates, chief engineers, assistant engineers, deck hands and processors.
